Apara Mehta makes a comeback to comedy with SAB TV’s Woh Teri Bhabhi Hai Pagle

 

It’s a homecoming of sorts for the very talented and versatile actress Apara Mehta. The veteran actress is all set to be seen in SAB TV’s upcoming romantic comedy Woh Teri Bhabhi Hai Pagle which is slated to go on air on the 18th  January. Apara Mehta was last seen in SAB TV’s Tu Mere Agal Bagal Hai and will be seen portraying a very colourful and interesting character on the new show.

 

Apara will be playing the Punjabi mother of Dr Diya (Krishna Gokani). She is very humble and has a very motherly nature who is constantly worried for her daughter. She wants Diya to get married and settle down with a suitable boy. The premise of Woh Teri Bhabhi Hai Pagle primarily revolves around Ranbeer (Ather Habib), a rich brat who is smitten by Dr Diya (Krishna Gokani) and joins the same hospital as her posing as a fake doctor and Nathu (Ali Asgar) a goon by profession who comes to Diya to get his phobia for water, height, fire etc. cured. Eventually Nathu too falls for her and sees Ranbeer as a rival for Diya’s affections.
